Terms & Conditions

Customer Information

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address indicated at the time of the order is correct. Customers under the age of 18 years need parental approval. Ordering in another person's name without his consent will be reported to the Police Department.


The price in effect at the time of ordering also applies when invoicing. Price applicable is shown on the product pages, also if any agreement made with the customer may use an offer functionality found in the basket in our webshop. If this happens in other cases, we will not accept your order. If no price is specified for a product, the customer has to request a quote for the product in question. We reserve the right to change prices that may be wrongly published. There may be additional cost in terms of import duties and taxes or similar that are out of our control. In those cases, such additional fees have to be paid by the customer.

Incorrect Information

We accept no responsibility for errors in the information and specifications of all existing products on our website. We can neither guarantee that images reflect the product's exact appearance.

Normal delivery

Normal delivery time is 1-8 days but at high ordering rate or ordering, certain products delivery may be delayed. If any of the goods you have ordered out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible, and give you an indication of delivery time. We will notify the customer (via email) if such situations arise.

If you as a customer think that the delivery is delayed for so long that you wish to cancel the product in question, it is your responsibility to warrant cancellation before delivery, under these conditions of sale. Partial delivery of orders may be subject to agreement (Additional shipping costs may be charged).

NOTE: If an order is to be cancelled, this is done by emailing us at info@iotaenterprises.co.uk. A confirmation of your cancellation will be returned to your e-mail. Be very careful that you receive this confirmation within one day (weekdays), otherwise, there is a risk that your order is not cancelled.

If a product is damaged in shipment this must be notified to the carrier upon receipt. Hidden damage is to be reported to the carrier within 7 days.

Unresolved packages

You agree to sign for goods ordered. If your order is not resolved in time it goes in the return to us and you will be charged for our shipping charges both to and from you and a handling fee of 20 Pounds (including VAT).

Tracking ID

The tracking number of the package is available if you log onto our website with your log-in (after the order is sent by us). In addition, an email will be sent automatically to your stated e-mail the same night the day that your order has been packed by us.

Amendment of orders

Prior to shipping, you can change your order at no additional cost (except for the difference in price between the goods). This does not apply if the item is a special order. The price associated with a change of order is the current price at the time of the change. 


You may cancel without charge an order until the order is shipped from us, even for late deliveries, though not if the order is a special order. Have you paid in advance, you get your money back within 20 days if you cancel.


We offer you our Special Buy & Try Program. Buy & Try offers a 30-day demo at your home.

All freight costs, to and from you, is to be made at your expense according to Distance Contracts 18. Please note that "freight free" products have the freight cost included in their total price. This is obviously not valid if we sent you an item which was not the one the customer ordered.

"If you have purchased an item, you are requested to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. You have the right to make such an examination in the product that is necessary to examine/evaluate it. Of course, you should be careful not to make a more extensive examination than is necessary. If the goods are damaged or lost because of negligence, you lose the right of order cancellation"

The product must be returned in original condition and in its original packaging. Otherwise, we charge the customer for the costs we have in order to restore the product. (Tip: Be careful not to seal your returns using duct tape, as it destroys the cardboard boxes, and makes it harder for us to restore the product).

Shipping Complaints

Visible damage to goods on receipt should be returned directly to the shipping company. Other damages should be reported to the shipping company within seven days. Missing goods, wrongly sent goods or other issues not related to shipping company must be received within a reasonable time.

Promotions and Offers

The products we list in the "campaign" or "offer" sections applied as long as supplies last. If we delete a campaign or offer on the home page, but products are still in stock, you will be able to find them in their normal product categories in our menu tree.

In cases of disputes

In case of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.

Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labour market, government decisions, failed deliveries from subcontractors, costly events, and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, we are released from its obligations to fulfil these conditions.

When you evaluate the gear at the dealer’s shop/showroom, what you’re hearing is the gear in the dealer’s listening room working together in combination to reproduce your favourite music. This means that what you’re paying for is something that reproduces at home as your listening room will have different characteristics than the dealers. A speaker’s sound can vary as it depends on many factors and that is why you will have no way of knowing exactly how it will sound until you hear it in your own home. Considering this, our Buy & Try Policy becomes the perfect alternative to buying from your local dealer/showroom. Buy & Try is a way for us to prove the quality of our products and it offers you the most convenient way of making sure that you’re satisfied with your purchase. We also want to try and help you with whatever problem you might have with your setup. If you’re still not satisfied after this, then you may return the speakers. We will help you to obtain the best possible shipping cost for the return by leveraging our shipping agreement.

The return must be authorized by us in advance. Once the product is back at us without any damage (caused by you, “the customer”), then we will return your money. If the product is damaged in a way that can’t be blamed on the return shipment, then we will need to deduct the product’s drop in value from the money that will be sent back to you. The value is decided on a case by case basis because each incident is unique. If you have accidentally damaged a product that you want to send back, then you can email us with pictures of the damage to get an estimate of the drop in value. It is very important to save the original box, packaging material and all accessories. Keep everything in perfect condition. If anything is damaged or missing, there will be money deducted. Please let us know what is damaged or missing before the return if you want to know how much we will deduct. The Buy & Try Policy does NOT apply to our Room Analyzer or cables.
